Arnold Johnston, former chair of English at WMU, writes poems, fiction, plays and translations that have been widely published and awarded prizes. He performs many stage roles and solo concerts. The Chicago Tribune named his production of Jacques Brel’s songs one of 30 “must-see” shows for summer 2017. He has a newly published poetry collection and novel.
